We aim to promote positive mental health by creating awareness about mental health.

Watch out for Mental Health Awareness programs

Couple of our awareness activities are two YouTube channels on the theme of mental health and mental disorders. We offer videos in English and Tamil language. We have already started a YouTube channel in Tamil titled, மனசே மனசை கவனி (Mind Your Mental Health). It was launched on 10.10.2020, on a World Mental Health Day. So far we have upload 127 episodes covering various aspects of mental health and mental illness. We recently launched our English YouTube channel. We are planning to use other social medias to spread the message about mental health and mental illness.

Mental Health Workshops & Seminars

We are planning to offer workshops, seminars, lectures, and other activities to promote positive mental health. Some of our programs are fee paying and we also provide free of charge programs.


Our topics will include stress management, mental health, mental illness, alcohol dependence, marital harmony and master classes for Health Professionals.


We will be offering our workshops and seminars both in the UK and Chennai, India with English and Tamil options. Register your interest to get a notification when the programs are launched.
